The Tennessee Environmental Network Show of the South is the largest and most comprehensive professional environmental education conference in Tennessee and serving the Southeast region – across the public and private sectors.
TENSOS hosts an elite group of environmental professionals seeking knowledge and sharing ideas around environmental concerns in Tennessee and the Southeast region. TENSOS typically attracts 800+ attendees, including Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers, Business, Industry, Federal, State and Local Government Officials, Planners and Developers, Landowners and many, many others with a strong interest in environmental programs in Tennessee and the Southeast. Sponsorships enable more diverse groups and individuals to participate in the Tennessee Environmental Network Show of the South conference. Through sponsorship support, we may continue to offer course registration fees far below that charged for comparable events and learning opportunities, while providing a top-notch conference experience.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:
- Exhibit space(s) will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis based on sponsorship level. During the Sponsorship registration process, after reviewing the Exhibit Hall map, please select an available booth from the drop-down menu within the registration form. If your desired booth number is not listed in registration, that space has already been assigned to another Sponsor. Your booth location is considered confirmed when payment is received.
- Prior to the conference, an Exhibitor Kit will be sent (via email) to the contact person listed on the sponsorship registration. The Exhibitor Kit includes instructions for shipping booth materials through our expo services company. (Please note, the CCC does not accept direct shipments of booths).
- Electricity for booths (Silver and Bronze level sponsors) must be contracted directly with the CCC.
- Please see the Conference Schedule of Events for exhibitor set up and breakdown times, as well as hours of exhibition.
- All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
- Á La Carte items will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.
- For recognition on site during the conference (as applicable), we must receive a completed Sponsorship Registration and logo by April 30, 2025.
- Sponsorship monies paid to TENSOS may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. They are not deductible as contributions or gifts for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
- Sponsorship must be paid in full before TENSOS 2025.
Refund Policy: Cancellation notifications prior to April 11, 2025 will be issued a 90% refund. Cancellations between April 12-30, 2025 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after April 30, 2025. Substitutions are welcome with written notification.
*Email List Policy: In order to remain in accordance with the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act guidelines and to not violate the privacy rights of our attendees, we respectfully request that sponsors who have access to the attendee email list also adhere to said guidelines by offering recipients an “opt-out” option and by using the email list judiciously. The Tennessee Environmental Network retains the right to discontinue sponsor access to attendee emails if abuse of the list is reported.
